Memorial services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the Tullahoma (Tenn.) Funeral Home Chapel for David Clinton Kellar, 53, of Tullahoma, who died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006.

The Rev. Susan Rock officiates at the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Tullahoma Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, he was a codes administrator/building inspector and a Baptist.

Survivors include his mother, Jeanne Mitchell Kellar of Picayune; his wife Denice Hebert of Tullahoma; three brothers, Steve Kellar, Clay Kellar and Daniel Kellar, all of Mississippi and two sisters, Kathy and Susan.
