Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at St. Matthew Baptist Church for Johnnie Mae Myers Smith, 71, of Picayune, who died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

Burial is in Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, she was a homemaker and a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Derke Smith and Hollis Bolar, Jr., both of Hattiesburg, and Donald Myers of Meridian; two daughters, Debra Bolar Underwood and Vanessa Smith, both of Picayune; two brothers, Eddie Myers of Picayune and J.C. Myers of Milwaukee, Wisc.; two sisters, Ethel Myers of Picayune and Martha Myers of Bay St. Louis; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
