Memorial services were at 7 p.m. Monday, July 31, at Duddleston Funeral Home Chapel in Raymondville, Texas, with another service planned for late December at Lumberton Cemetery for James Eugene Henderson, Jr., 76 of Raymondville, who died Thursday, July 27, 2006.

Burial is in Lumberton Cemetery under the direction of Duddleston Funeral Home.

A native of Lumberton, he was a construction company owner and a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Delia Llanes Henderson of Raymondville; two daughters, Irma Loiseleur and Jimmie Yen Arnold, both of Honolulu, Hawaii; a son, Thomas Henderson of Melbourne, Fla.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
