Services are at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9, at Mill Creek Baptist Church for Heather Nickole Woodard, 15, of Picayune, who died Friday, Oct. 6, 2006.

The Rev. Arthur Lee officiates at the service. Burial is in Carriere Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, she was a student and a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Harold and Mandi Woodard of Picayune; two sisters, Jourdan Woodard and Brooke Woodard, both of Picayune; her grandparents, Harold Woodard, Sr., of Alexander City, Ala., Shirley Amiss of Picayune and Etta Mae and Derek Wilcox of Ocean Springs.

Visitation is 6-10 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, at the church.
