Frances “Fran” B. Edwards passed away at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, October 13, 2013 at her home in Denham Springs at the age of 71. She was a native of Pascagoula, Miss.

Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, 9995 Hooper Road, Central, LA 70818 on Saturday from 2 p.m. until religious services at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel conducted by Pastor Harvey “Bud” Putnam, Jr. Burial will be in the Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery.

She was a member of Union Baptist Church in Picayune, Miss.

She enjoyed music, painting and all types of crafts. She loved her family and her beloved Yorkie, Beaux.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend R.G. Bilbo and Lydia Kirkland Bilbo.

Survived by: her son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Kim Arnold; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Manny Mayers; two brothers, Garrar “Bo” Bilbo and wife Evelyn and Garrow “Bill” Bilbo and wife Linda; four grandchildren: Colin Arnold and wife Cassidy, Cole Mayers, Caitlin Arnold and Matthew Mayers; two great-grandchildren, Brayden Lukas Cobb and Addison Nicole Arnold.
