The Picayune Police Department  reported the following arrests from Dec. 12, 2013 to Dec. 29, 2013.

Sadi Ahmad Armstead, 452 Fairway Dr., was arrested Dec. 12, 2013 for disorderly conduct.

Brittney Nicole Champagne, 6 Day Dream Dr. in Carriere, was arrested Dec. 13, 2013 for DUI first offense — refused test.

Amanda Marshall, 7 Darby Lane, Carriere, was arrested Dec. 16, 2013, for public drunkenness.

Raymond Rous, 62 Rouse Rd. in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 17, 2013 for warrants for three counts for conspiracy to commit prescription forgery.

James Douglas Owens, 14 Pea Ridge Rd Lot B in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 17, 2013 for outstanding warrant in Hancock County for failure to appear.

Del Ray Smith, 701 West St., Picayune, was arrested Dec. 19, 2013 for disorderly conduct, failure to comply.

Frederick Rashad Kirsh, 1206 Kingsway Dr. in Picayune, was arrested, Dec. 21, 2013 for Failure to Appear warrant for Simple Domestic Violence charge.

Krista Kay Gulling, 46 Alson Lane, Carriere, was arrested Dec. 21, 2013 for DUI first offense.

Michael Alan Seuzeneau, 174 George Mitchell Rd. in Carriere, was arrested Dec. 22, 2013 for DUI 2nd offense refused test, reckless driving, no insurance, littering, open beer and failure to yield.

Larry Hill of Carriere, was arrested Dec. 22, 2013 for public drunkenness.

Jonathan Blake Davis, 1144 East Jerusalem Ave. Apt B in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 22, 2013 for outstanding warrants for shoplifting and possession of controlled substance.

Jimmy Jackson, Jr., 2321 Morris St. in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 23, 2013 for DUI first offense.

Christopher E. McClellend, 422 2nd St. in Picyaune, was arrested Dec. 25, 2013, for Failure to yield to blue lights, careless driving, running a stop sign, expired driver’s license and improper passing.

Clarence Festus Ratcliff, 1214 Baylous St, Picayune, was arrested Dec. 26, 2013, for Driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance.

Byron Renard Richards, 100 Auderer Blvd, Waveland, was arrested Dec. 27, 2013 for disturbing the peace.

Chad Lee Mitchell, 51 Stegall Rd. in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 28, 2013 for failure to yield to blue lights, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance.

Tony Arthur Mitchell, 206 West Sycamore Rd in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 28, 2013 for two bench warrants and six final judgments for the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office.

Alkeshia Monetta Jenkins, 110 Jasmine Dr. in Picayune, was arrested Dec. 29, 2013, for no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and no vehicle tag.
