After investigating the scene, officers gathered evidence that points to Byron Jermaine Certain, 21, of 505 Fifth Street, Picayune, being involved in the firing of two shots at the victim in an attempt to rob him. Certain fled the scene after the altercation, said McGill. A warrant was then issued for Certain’s arrest.
