Funeral services for Annie Lee Ferguson, 88, of Picayune, MS will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.  Pastor Donald Lynn Parker will officiate at the service.

Annie Lee was born January 17, 1932 to the late Oscar and Mattie Conerly in Tylertown, MS. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. E.L. Fox and continued to serve under the leadership of Pastor Donald Lynn Parker.

She moved to Picayune, MS in 1956, and was married to the late Will Ferguson. Annie worked at Crosby Memorial Hospital for over 20 years and retired in 1998. She was known for her mini Farmers Market. Annie loved to have family gathering at her home with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Mattie Conerly; husbands, Will Ferguson and Matthew Walker; one son, Matthew Walker, Jr.; four sisters, Jessie Lee Youngblood, Emma Youngblood, Elousie Conerly and Maude Conerly; and one brother, Sonny Boy Conerly.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her five children, three boys, Charles Edward Walker, James Edward Walker both  of Gulfport, MS, Larry Walker of Picayune, MS; two daughters, Helen Walker of Gulfport, MS and Kassandra Ferguson of Picayune, MS; one sister-in-law, Bertie Conerly; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephew, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Interment will be in the New Palestine Cemetery.
