Funeral service for Lee McWilliams, Sr., age 81, will be held, Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00 am; visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 am at East Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church were Rev. Brian K. Dees is Pastor / Officiant.

Lee McWilliams, Sr. was born December 17, 1938 to the late John, Sr. and Alberta McWilliams of Monroe, AL. Lee later relocated to Picayune, MS as a teenager, where he attended and graduated from Carver High School. After which, he was married to the late Mary Jackson McWilliams and to this union six children were born.

Mr. McWilliams served as an honorable member of East Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church until his un-timely death.

He departed this life on Saturday, December 21, 2018 to enter into his heavenly gates.

He was the owner and site proprietor of L&V Trucking Company where he served his surrounding community for several years.

Lee McWilliams was preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Alberta McWilliams; two wives, Mary Jackson McWilliams and Vera White McWilliams; five sisters, Mammie McWilliams, Frances Jones, Johnnie Mae Bolar, Helen Bounds and Helen Stewart; five brothers, Leroy McWilliams, Alberta McWilliams, Charles McWilliams, Les McWilliams and Jim McWilliams; two sons, Lee McWilliams, Jr. and Terrell Arlando McWilliams; and one grandson, Lamont Catrill Carson.

Mr. McWilliams leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Rozalind (Howard) Magee, Terry (Randy) Harris and Lisa (Feliz) Huderson; one son, Anthony McWilliams, one daughter-in-law, Cheryl McWilliams; one sister, Gladys (Earl) Dees; sisters-in-law, Lucille Stubbs, Martha Smith, Minnie Bell, Nettie McWilliams, Lois (Willie) Ellis and Willie B. Jackson; brother-in-law, George Smith; family friend / caregiver, Mary Hart; special friend, Deloris Curry; 7 granddaughters; 13 great-granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 8 great-grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
