Memorial Services for Lester Gerard Gauthier, age 28, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019, will be held Monday, October 7, 2019, at 4:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Monday, October 7, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Scott Downes will officiate the service.

A native of New Orleans, LA, he enjoyed wood carving, and being with family and friends. He was a kind and appreciative soul, who never met a stranger.

Lester was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lupita Gayle; his maternal grandfather, Don Fletschinger; and his paternal grandparents, Viola and Lester Gauthier.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Terry (Terry) Gauthier; his mother, Kristina “Kris” (John) Foss; his step mother, Mary Gauthier; his sisters and brother, Melissa (Matt) Gauthier, Kaitlyn (Anthony) Morton, Amber Gauthier, and Devin Hernandez; 4 nieces, Charity Morton, Marlaina Eads, Addison Morton, and Lilliana Morton; his maternal grandmother, Linda (Henry) Hannick; his maternal grandfather, Lanny (Jean) Foss; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
