Memorial Services for Charles “Charlie” Thomas Wickliffe, Sr, age 79, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Friday, October 4, 2019, will be held Friday, October 25th at 6:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday, October 25th, 2019,  from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home .

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. R.T. Buckley will officiate the service.

A native of Alamo, TX, he served in the US Navy as a Weapons Officer retiring after 25 years.  Then became owner of a locksmith company in McAllen, Tx and later employed by Mosler Safe & Vault.  Moved to Picayune, MS with his wife in 1990.  He was a certified welder; worked at Best Equipment Technology in Poplarville, MS and Trinity Shipbuilding in Madisonville, LA. 

Charlie loved his family, friends, his dogs, cats and his country.   Loved to fish, hunt and ride his Harley.  He will be missed more than words can say.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Laurant Wickliffe and Melba Lee Chapel Wickliffe.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Sandra Gail Morrison Wickliffe; his children, Michael (Arlene) Wickliffe, Donna Re’, and Charles “Tom” Thomas Wickliffe, Jr.; 6 grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Miller, Stephen (Lauren) Wickliffe, Daniel Re’, Dianna Re’, Caroline Wickliffe, and Charles Wickliffe, III; 2 great grandchildren, Adrian Wickliffe, and Olivia Wickliffe; his brother, John (Sandra) Wickliffe; and 2 nephews, Blake Wickliffe, and Russell Wickliffe; half sister and brother, Evelyn Gilarranz and Thomas Wickliffe
