Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Lou Brown Chrisman, age 82, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019, will be held Friday, September 6, 2019, at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Visitation will be Friday, September 6, 2019 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Father Bernard Papania will officiate the service.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, she was a retired Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for the US Navy. Mary Lou was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was a member of the Red Hats Society and volunteered for the Catholic Ministries. Mary Lou was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Mildred Schneider Brown; her husband, Alfred Brian Chrisman; and her brother, William Roy Brown.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted children, Bob (Mary) Bohley, Karen (Greg) Beehler, Michele (Mike) Saucier, Lisa (Ray) LeBlanc, Mark (Tonya) Chrisman, Jeff (Dionne) Chrisman, and Pat Koch; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and her very dear friend, Belinda Salmon.
