The Teddy Bear House Museum and Moore Chiropractic Clinic will be holding a Back to School Bash, set for July 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Teddy Bear House Museum, said Katie Breland, a Moore Chiropractic Practice representative.

The event will offer free school supplies, book bags and paper for kids of all ages. There will be a waterslide and a fun jump house, Breeland said. Free pizza and food from Logan’s Famous Chicken and Tenders will be available.

“We’re trying to provide a day of fun for children that will be financially beneficial for parents,” Breland said.

The event will also offer a booth with free spinal and posture screenings from the staff at Moore Chiropractic Clinic, Breland said.

This is the first year the two local businesses have put on a back to school event, but they hope to make the event annual, Breland said.

Organizers are still looking for businesses to donate school supplies or set up booths at the event, Breland said. To donate, businesses can contact the Teddy Bear House Museum at 601-778-2327 or Moore Chiropractic Clinic at 601-749-4939.
