Graveside Funeral Services for Ray Marie Hartfield, age 76, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019, will be held Friday, July 12, 2019 at 2:30 pm at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS .

Visitation will be Friday, July 12, 2019 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, LA, she served as a Material Supply Specialist in the US Army. Ray Marie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan Louis Sapia, Sr. and Hazel Josephine Cantrell Sapia; her husband, James Webster Hartfield; and her brother, Nelson Sapia.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Bobbie (Nancy) Ward, Jr., Paula Ann Wincek, and Virginia (Ealy) Black; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brothers and sister,  Nolan L. (Virginia) Sapia, Joy Sapia (Larry) Alexie, Willard J. (Marla) Sapia, Dennis P. Sapia, and Wade P. Sapia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
