Funeral Services for Betty Haas Wilkes, age 83, of Picayune, MS, who passed away peacefully at home with her daughters by her side, Saturday, May 11, 2019, will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Betty was a native of Creve Couer, MO. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Ronald L. Wilkes, her parents Herman and Marie Haas of Creve Couer, MO, and Great-Grandson Austin Lloyd Everett.

She is survived by her daughters and their families: Patricia Ann Wilkes of Picayune, MS; Marsha Wilkes Arcement of Picayune and Grandson Linc Joseph LeGlue, Jr. of Belle Chase, LA; Deborah Wilkes Hopkins and Son-in-Law Karl A. Hopkins, Jr. of Crescent, PA,  Granddaughter Amber Lynn Hopkins of Crescent, PA, Kathryne Ann Hopkins and Matt Imblum and Granddaughter Madelyn Grace Imblum, all of Moon Township, PA and Grandson Karl A. Hopkins, III of Crescent, PA; Karen Wilkes Johnston and Son-in-Law Lloyd D. Johnston of Bay St. Louis, MS, Granddaughter Tania Johnston Lee and Kevin Roberts of Gulfport, MS, Great-Grandson Elijah Anzol Lee of Picayune, MS and Great-Grandson Landon Daniel Everett of Gulfport, MS, and Grandson Lloyd D. Johnston, Jr. of Bay St. Louis, MS.
