Poplarville residents looking for permanent makeup, waxing and other personal care services can find them close to home at Forever Flawless.

Owner and operator Dustie Perry has more than 12 years of experience in cosmetology, 10 of which as a business owner.

She used to run a similar business in Kentucky. Recently she and her husband moved to Pearl River County and in October of last year she opened Forever Flawless.

At the business, she offers facials, body scrubs, full body waxing, manicures and simple body piercing, such as ears and eyebrows.

Forever Flawless also offers permanent makeup services. Perry said she became interested in permanent makeup after she was diagnosed with alopecia areata, an ailment that causes a person to lose all or some of the hair on their body.

“I just didn’t feel like a woman anymore,” Perry said.

While her hair eventually grew back, she said the experience allowed her to so see what people dealing with cancer go through and wanted to provide a service that could help them.

“I love the aspect of helping people feel like a woman again,” Perry said. 

With permanent makeup, anyone dealing with hair loss can reclaim their eyebrows. Perry said permanent makeup can also help women look their best every day without the need to reapply it each morning.

Permanent makeup is similar to a tattoo, and as such needs to be touched up every 10 years or so.

The business also offers candles, hair bows, clothing, and several other products.

Forever Flawless is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The business is located at 1101 S. Allen St. in Poplarville and can be reached by calling 270-922-5245.
