Leona Gail Ruffin

Leona Gail Ruffin, age 69 Years, of Carriere, MS, passed away Tuesday, February  26, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will be Friday, March 1, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.  Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, MS, she was a retired Security Officer. Leona enjoyed her plants, reading, and her TV. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie E. Ruffin and Mary Anna Koch Ruffin; her grandson, Seth Aaron Osterholm; her brother, Rocky Ruffin; and her sisters, Janet Roberson, Donna Greve, and Jeannie Ann Ruffin.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband, Jackie Allen Coker; her daughter, Jamie (Will) Hurt; her step children, Jackie Shawn (Becky) Coker and Brandy Nicole Coker; 3 grandchildren, Adam Osterholm, Shad Allen Coker, and Kayla Coker;  3 great grandchildren, Adaline Rose Osterholm, Beau Allen Coker, and Melanie Nicole Coker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
