Huris Joseph Vidrine, Sr.

Funeral Services for Huris Joseph Vidrine, Sr., age 74, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019, will be held Friday, January 25, 2019, at 3:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Allen Hickman will officiate the service.

A native of New Orleans, LA, he was the owner/operator of Vidrine Trucking. Huris enjoyed fishing, playing pool, classic antique cars, and having coffee with his friends. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Vidrine and Laura Belle Ortego Vidrine.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Vicki (Kevin) West, Rebecca Vidrine, Gina (Colin) Lusk, and Joey Vidrine; 6 grandchildren, Maegan Vidrine, Kyle Ezell, Analysse Ezell, Bronsyn Morgan-Vidrine, Olivia Lusk, and Madilyn Lusk; the mother of his children, Irlene Vidrine; his brother, James E. (Maude) Vidrine, Sr.; his sister, Barbara Gail (George) Normand; his Godson, James Vidrine, Jr.; and his niece and nephews, Jonathan Vidrine, Shane Vidrine, Eric Vidrine, Keith Normand, Kim Normand, and Kristopher Normand.
