Roy Simmons

Funeral service will be held Sat., Oct. 27, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Trinity Outreach Ministries for Roy Simmons, age 57, of Picayune, MS, who died Wed., Oct. 17, 2018 in Hattiesburg, MS.  Rev. Carl Flowers will officiate at the service.

Burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.  Mr. Simmons was a native of Tylertown, MS, where he was a mechanic.  He was a member of Trinity Outreach Ministries. 

Survivors include 5 sons, James Tatum, Roy Tatum, Terry Tatum, Jamal Simmons and Henry McDonald, all of Picayune; 1 daughter Yolanda Huderson of Picayune; 5 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Mary Higgins, Sandra Marks and Perdita McDonald all of Picayune; 3 brothers, L. C. Simmons of Gary, IN,  Louis Youngblood Bridges of Picayune and Jessie Simmons of Every, Washington. Preceded in death by his parents, J.C.  Simmons and Renetta Simmons; 2 sisters, Almenter Simmons and Cora Simmons; 1 brother, Jimmie Coleman.

Visitation will be Sat., Oct. 27, 2018 from noon until 1 p.m. at Trinity Outreach Ministry under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
