Lt. Governor Tate Reeves will make a stop in Picayune on Thursday.

Mike Tyson, a  member of the Republican Executive Committee for Pearl River County, said that Reeves was invited to the area to speak at a committee event that evening, but will make a stop at PJ’s Coffee at 4 p.m. on Thursday to meet with the public.

Reeves was reelected to the office of Lt. Governor during the 2015 election and was initially elected to the position in 2012.

He will make the stop at the local coffee shop before being the guest speaker at a Republican Executive Committee for Pearl River County event set to take place at the Water’s Edge in Hide-A-Way Lake.
