Funeral Services for Woodrow Mavin Ladner, age 95, of Catahoula Community, Mississippi, who passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018, will be held Monday, March 12, 2018, at 11:00 am at Catahoula Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, March 12, 2018 from 10:00 am until service time at Catahoula Missionary Baptist Church. 

Burial will be in Catahoula Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. James Reeves, Bro. Cedric Lumpkin, Bro. Kenny Mitchell, and Bro. Jason Baker will officiate the service.

A native of Hancock County, Mississippi, he was a retired Teacher and Hotel Manager and a member of the Christian faith.

Woodrow was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ola M. Ladner and Azelia Ladner; his wife of 67 years, Doris Cuevas Ladner; his son, Audie Theron Ladner; his sisters and brothers, Viola Cuevas, Clara Hoda, Leola Alexander, Leon Ladner, Clarence Ladner, Carl Ladner, Leran Ladner, Cleo Zahn, Essie Jewel Ladner, Jimmy Ladner, Neville Ladner, Royce Ladner and Ola Ladner.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Greg (Janet) Ladner, Daryl (Fay) Ladner, Doyle (Diantha) Ladner, Roddy (Lynn) Ladner, Brian (Tina) Ladner; and his daughter, Rebecca (Leslie) Pullens; 17 grandchildren, Laura Ladner, Robert (Cali) Pullens, Scott (Liz) Ladner, Chris (Chassity) Ladner, Annie (Daniel) Bass, Andrew (Krystal) Ladner,, Jessica (Josh) Spiers, Michael (Jamie) Ladner, Emily (Trevor) Lee, Ryan (Amber) Ladner, Robin Ladner, Rustin Ladner, Robert Ladner, Shelley (Tom) Pomilla, Tony (Tina) Hickman, Blaine Hickman; 18 great grandchildren; and his sister, Una Mae Ladner; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
