The officer arrived to find Lori Suzanne Morgan, 53, of 6 Charlie Kellar Rd., in the driver’s seat asleep.  Once the officer was able to wake Morgan, she became nervous at the sight of law enforcement, the report states.

Morgan was asked to exit the vehicle and then gave consent to search it, which resulted in the officer finding a plastic bag containing a brown powdery substance suspected to be heroin, an off white rock like substance suspected to be crack cocaine, 19 dosages of carisoprodol, three doses of clonazepam, a hypodermic needle, a glass pipe and a metal pipe, the report states.

Morgan was arrested for four counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, according to the report.
