The Bears’ homecoming game had been scheduled for a 5 p.m. start, but was moved up six hours because of the potential threat of bad weather from Tropical Storm Nate, which is moving north in the Gulf of Mexico.

Nate is expected to make landfall on the Gulf Coast, either in Mississippi or Alabama, with minimal hurricane-strength winds sometime Saturday night or early Sunday.

The game will still be carried live on WRJW-AM (1340) in Picayune, WFFF-FM (96.7) in Columbia andsupertalk.com/listen, and livestreamed on prccmedia.com and youtube.com/pearlrivercollege.
