Funeral Services for Bonnie Jean Saucier, age 77, of Picayune, who passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017, will be held Sunday, August  20, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at Goodyear Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, August  20, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Goodyear Baptist Church.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Dr. Jeremy Williams will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, Mississippi, she was a retired radiologic technologist.

Bonnie Jean was very active in The Louisianan Society of Radiologic Technologists (LSRT); where she served on numerous committees, was an Executive Board Member, and served as President and Chairman of the Board.

She was also named LSRT Technologist of the year, and elevated to the highest honor the LSRT can bestow on any of it’s members, that being a Life Member.

Bonnie Jean was a member of the Mississippi Master Gardeners and an active member of Goodyear Baptist Church, which she loved dearly. She was a loving sister, aunt, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris Hillery Saucier and Bonnie Blackmon Saucier; her brother, Jack R. Saucier; and her sister, Betty Saucier Mitchell. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Jeanette Saucier Bridges and JoAnn Saucier Sherrer; and many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
