Private graveside funeral services are scheduled for Ashton J. Bordelon, age 74, of Carriere, Mississippi, who passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, he was a self-employed painting contractor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Foster Bordelon and Winnie  Bordelon; his brothers, Marvin Bordelon, Frank Bordelon, Foster Bordelon, Clarence Bordelon; and his sisters, Francis Rimmer, Lelia Lombas, Lena Augustin, and Theresa Bordelon.

Left to cherish his memory are the mother of his children, Faye Bordelon; his daughters, Connie Bordelon, Michelle Nolet, and Winnie Bordelon; 6 grandchildren, Blake, Adakin, Marley, Aiden, Brooke, and Logan; and a host of nieces and nephews.
