Funeral Services for Beverly Diane Smith, age 66, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Friday, June 9, 2017, will be held Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 3:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Rev Sheri Zehner will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS, she was a Cosmetologist and a member of Resurrection Life Worship Center. Beverly Diane was a loving wife, mother, Mimi, daughter, sister, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her love for life and her family, her immeasurable faith, and her vibrant and energetic personality will be a lasting legacy.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Doyle White, and her granddaughter, Cheyenne Baker.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of over 40 years, Michael “Rusty” Vermelle Smith; her mother Bernidean Crowe; her son, Jason R.(Judy) Ball; her daughters, Chanda Wynette Baker and Alaina B. Smith; 7 grandchildren, Lauren and Preston Ball, Jessica and Alissa Long, Chase Stockstill, Aniyah Gulsby, and Michael Journey Stockstill; 3 great grandchildren, Noah Ball, Mason and Maleigh Stockstill; and her brother, William Doyle White.
