Funeral services for Ruby Lee Hall, 68, will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at First Cornerstone Baptist Church, 917 Cayton Street, Picayune, Miss. where Rev. Vernon Robinson is Pastor. Pastor Vernon Robinson will officiate at the services.
Ruby was born on December 15, 1948 in Halsell, Alabama. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, friend, and great-grandmother.  Ruby was an outstanding and very understanding person that did more listening than talking. She was a person you could go to about anything and never be judged in any way. She was loving, caring, and would give her last if needed.
She worked as a cook at several nursing homes and hospitals until she retired at 62 years old. She fought a short battle with cancer before her death on March 4, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Johnnie Dunn.
She leaves her memories to be cherished by her children; grandchildren;  great-grandchildren;  sister, Mary Nash;  cousins,  Exeorl Nash and Jettie Bolden; and special friend, Priscilla Acker.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church.  Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
