Funeral services for Ginger Smith, 83, of Carriere, Miss, who passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017, will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 11:00 am at Roseland Park Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Roseland Park Baptist Church.
Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. Dan Young will officiate the service.
A native of Carriere, Miss., she was a retired Office Manager for the Pearl River County Health Department and a member of Roseland Park Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, Mammaw, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy Brady and Hattie Watson Brady; her husband, Melton “Smitty” Smith; and her sister, Charlena Miller.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Monte G. (Mitzi) Smith, Dana (Marie) Smith, and Mona Smith; 7 grandchildren, David Smith, Brandon Smith, Candace (Josh) Raybon, Curtis (Laci) Roche, Jacob (Amy) Smith, Laura Roche, and Kaylene Smith; and 6 great-grandchildren, Kolbi, Smith, Daylee Grace, Cole, Lucy Mae, and Jaxon.
