Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Power House Deliverance, Picayune, Miss. for Mrs. Lillian Abrams Scott, age 64, of Gulfport, Miss. who died January 4, 2017 in Gulfport, Miss. Rev. Kenneth Baker will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
A native of Picayune, Miss. she was disabled and a member of Pilgrim Bound Missionary Baptist Church in Picayune, Miss.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lee Ester Taylor Abram; her father, Otis Will Abram; her son, Steven Phinehas Scott, Jr.; two brothers, Bill “Billy” Abram, and Johnny Will Abram; and one grandson, Reginald Christopher LaShea Abram.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Steven Phinehas Scott; her Son, Gregory Curtis Franklin of Gulfport, Miss.; daughters, Cherika Lee Franklin of Sacramento, Calif., Trina Scott of Torrance, Calif., Aletha Camilla Abrams Polk of San Antonio, Texas; granddaughters, Alissa Franklin and Aaliyah Franklin of Gulfport, Miss., Oresha Abram of San Antonio, Texas, Azia Scott and Maya Pope of Torrance, Calif.; grandson, Alvin Abram of San Antonio, Texas; and great-grandson Meiki Brooks of Picayune, Miss.; sisters, Deloise Moss of Picayune, Miss., Evangeline Randle and Sarah Ruth Abram Jefferson of Gulfport, Miss., Eliza Shotwell  and Mary Louise Abram of Columbia, Miss.; brothers Arvin Abram, William Christopher “Crip” Abram and Reginald Abram of Picayune, Miss., Sherman Abram of Seattle, Wash.; and a very close and special brother Hebert Lee Abram of San Antonio, Texas. She leaves a very special daughter/niece that she raised and loved very much, Krystal N. Abram of San Diego, Calif.; and her best friend, Hilda Washington of Picayune, Miss. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, aunties, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in Power House of Deliverance.
