Funeral Services for Stenning C. Murphy Jr, age 72 of Carriere, MS, who passed away Monday, October 12, 2015, will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 14, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home. 

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Father John Noone will officiate the service.

A native of New Orleans, LA, he was an offshore production facility engineer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stenning Coate Murphy, Sr.and Katherine Murphy; and his daughter, Chancy Murphy.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Charlene D. Murphy; his son, Stenning C. (Alesha) Murphy, III; 5 grandchildren, Brooklynn, Braden, Brylee, Branson, and Beckham.
