Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Brown’s Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Roderick DeFlanders will officiate at the services.

Gregory Ladner was born to the late George and Lula Mae Brown Ladner on June 26, 1958 in New Orleans, LA. He was the eldest of three children born into this union. Gregory lived the majority of his adult life in New Orleans, LA until Hurricane Katrina in 2005 when he was relocated to Carencro, LA.  Gregory had a very loving and kind spirit.  He extended much love to his nieces and nephews.  There was an immediate bond when he met them.

Gregory was called to his eternal home on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in Pineville, LA.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, two sisters, Cynthia Ladner and Rosilyn “Sparkle” Brown Woods and uncle, Mr. Charles R. Brown.

He leaves with cherished memories, his sister, Mary Dawn Nichols Jackson of Houston, TX, his brother, Jerry William Ladner of New Orleans, LA; and will be also be forever remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
