Pearl River Central Water Association issued a boil water notice for residents living on Mitchell Baughman Road in Poplarville and any resident living in the surrounding area that was without water or experienced low water pressure on February 5, 2015. The issue was due to a broken water line.

Affected residents are asked to boil their water for at least one minute before drinking.
Water samples will be collected for two days until clean results are returned. At that point the boil water notice will be lifted.
