Billy Frank Stogner, age 62, of Lacombe, Louisiana passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Stogner was born in Picayune, and was a resident of Lacombe, Louisiana for 25 years.

He is survived by his mother, Mary M. Dunn and her husband Richard of Gautier; father, Seymon F. Stogner of Carriere; sisters, Barbara “Babbie” Holmes and her husband Mike of Carriere, Katie Addison and her husband Steve of Amite, Louisiana; nieces, Toni Holmes Kirk and her husband Larry of Carriere, Angel Addison Watts and her husband Lane of Central, Louisiana, Kristin Addison of Amite, Louisiana; nephews, Michael Holmes and wife Anita of Carriere, Christopher Holmes and significant other Chrispy of Slidell, Louisiana; great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends; and his faithful companion Rusty, his dog.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Oklon Spiers, Pearl Gipson, Seymon and Bessie Stogner; and sister, Mary Annette Stogner.
