Funeral Services for Russell Dean Spiers, age 50, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Friday, October 24, 2014, will be held Sunday, October 26, 2014, at 4:00 pm at Lee’s Chapel #1
Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Lee’s Chapel #1 Missionary
Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Lee’s Chapel #1 Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Blake Anderson and Bro. Tommy Varnado will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS, he was a Mechanical Tech and a member of Lee’s Chapel #1 Missionary Baptist Church. Russell was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be sorely missed by all of his
family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 31 wonderful years, Gwendolyn Spiers; parents, Connie Spiers and Janie Ruth Adams Spiers; two sons, Rusty Lance
Spiers and wife Myranda, Jairus Braxton Riley Spiers; daughter, Lacey Amanda Spiers and husband Dane; granddaughter, Mykayla Baylee Spiers; two brothers, Lee Spiers and wife Penny, Tommy Spiers and wife Kathy; two sisters, Glynda Anderson and husband Wayne, Whitney Donnely and husband Jack,
numerous nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
