Funeral Services for Lillie Mae Penton, age 69 of Carriere, MS, who passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014, will be held Thursday, October 30, 2014, at 2:00 pm at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 29, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Pearson Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Cedric Lumpkin will officiate the service.
A native of MS, she was a Waitress and a member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Penton and Ila Rae Lee Penton; and her sister, Annie Faye Penton.
Survivors include her son, James Sims and wife Kim; and her 3 grandchildren, Kylie Rae Sims, Michael Peterson, and Wesley Peterson.
