Memorial Services for Charles Frank Sabella Sr., 69 of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Friday, August 29, 2014, will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at 8 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery, Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Allen Hickman will officiate the service.

A native of New Orleans, La., he was a General Contractor and a veteran of the United States Army. Charlie was a resident of Carriere for 18 years. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be truly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James A. Sabella Sr. and Rita Sciortino Sabella.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Kathleen Utter Sabella; his children, Angela Sabella Gravois, and Charles Frank Sabella Jr. (Julie Davis); his 6 grandchildren, Kyle, Brandi, Logan, Devin, Mason, and Madison; and his brother, James A. Sabella Jr.
