Carlton Flowers, Jr., 72, departed this life on August 7, 2014 in Clarkston, Mich. at Clarkston Specialty Healthcare Center.

Carlton was a native of Picayune and Tylertown, Miss., and was born in Panama City, Fla., on March 29, 1942 to the union of Carlton Flowers and Elousie Foster Williams.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton Flowers and Elousie Foster Williams, and a brother, Sterling Flowers.

He leaves to cherish his memory his ex-wfe, Joyce McLaurin Watson; one son, Carl Rene Flowers (Julie) of Picayune; a stepson, Jesse McLaurin of Pontiac, Mich.; three grandchildren, Justin and Tayla Flowers and Jesse Daywayne McLaurin; three great-grandchildren, Ra’Nyra, Jaidyn, and Novia Flowers; two brothers, Earnest Williams of Lumberton, and James Flowers; a sister, Sheila Ann of Pensacola; and a host of friends, family, and loved ones.

Memorial service for Carlton Flowers, Jr. will be held in Pontiac, Mich. on August 14^, 2014.

Interment service will be in Tylertown on August 23, 2014 at 1 p.m.
