Mr. William “Bark” Frierson, Sr., 47, of Carriere, Miss. passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014, in New Orleans, La.
Funeral Service will be Monday, July 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. in Greater Life Apostolic Church.
The Rev. Ted Strain will officiate at the service, assisted by the Rev. Joe Quave. Burial will be in the Burge Town Cemetery, under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
A native of Picayune, Miss, he was a brick mason, member of Greater Life Apostolic Church, solo singer, and member of Millard Hunting Club.
Preceded in death by parents Huey P. Frierson and Lillie Lois Frierson-Perry, one sister Pamela Dawkins, and one brother Edward Eaves.
Survivors include wife Sarah Kate Frierson of Carriere, one son William Brakley Frierson, Jr., one daughter Kimberley Kate Frierson, both of Carriere, three brothers, Mike Eaves of Rippley, Anthony Frierson of Carriere, Huey Frierson of Chalmette, La., three sisters Beverly Penton of Carriere, Susan Beck of Biloxi, and Judy Pate of Navarre, Fla.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 20, 2014. Family from 6-7 p.m. Friends and Family from 7 p.m. until later at Greater Life Apostolic Church.
