Mrs. Eva Bond Kemp, 85, native of Hancock County, Miss., and longtime resident of Mobile, Ala., passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Kemp and sons Marvin Lee Kemp and Roland Kemp.

She is survived by her daughter, Marie Kemp Polasek and husband John and her sister, Barbara Ann Jackson and husband Meryl. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Michael Polasek, Michelle Leigh Mortensen, Cody Lee Kemp, and four great-grandchildren, Sydney and Taylor LaMay and Thomas Michael and Benjamin Ray Mortensen.

A memorial service was held in Mobile on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
