Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 12 noon for Mrs. Lorraine McDonald, 74, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away June 9, 2-14 in Picayune.

The Rev. Louis Thomas will officiate at the service.

Burial will be in the Picayune Cemtery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, she was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was a member of the church choir and served on the Mission Board. She loved to sing, cook, and entertain people.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Curley McDonald Sr.; parents, Ozie Cole and Carrie Lee; daughter, Karen Moody, and one sister, Vivian Duke.

Survivors include: two sons, Jimmie Lee McDonald and Curley “Flat Head” McDonald Jr., both of Picayune; one sister, Jerry Ann Hamilton of Milwaukee, Wisc.; five grandchildren: and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 14, 2014, from 11 a.m.-noon at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
