Richard Joseph Leviere, III, 64, of Carriere, Miss. passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Leviere was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, a resident of Pearl River County for twenty years, a railroad conductor, and of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his wife, Renee Leviere of Carriere; son, Brent Leviere of New Orleans, La.; daughters, Bridgette Avery of Gretna, and Brandy Ribaud  of Pearland, Texas; step-sons, Blaine Tillman of North Carolina and Kenneth Webb of North Carolina; step-daughter, Brandy Newton of N.C.; brother, Donald Leviere of Texarkana, Texas; sister, Mary Ann Shorter of Okeechobee, Fla; and eleven grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Myrt Leviere, Jr.
