Joyce Keaton Culpepper, 62, passed away on May 1, 2014.

Beloved wife of the late Charles Culpepper. Adored mother of Michelle (Damon) Carr and Keith (Sandra) Culpepper. Loving grandmother of Connor Welborn, Karley Culpepper, Lana Welborn, Logan Culpepper, Jacob Culpepper. Dear sister of Gerald Keaton, Steve Keaton, Delores James, Paula Jane Horn. Cherished daughter of the late Jerry Keaton and the late Christine Horn.

Joyce was a member of the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors, retired supervisor with Movie Star, Inc.; a former EMT with Acadian Ambulance Service; and a member of Ford’s Creek Baptist Church.

Services at Ford’s Creek Baptist Church, 2752 Ford’s Creek Rd., in Poplarville, Miss., at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Visitation from 6-9 p.m., Friday at White Funeral Home in Poplarville.
