Funeral Services for Virginia Petrolia Angelo, 92, of  Picayune, Miss., who passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, will be held Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 10 a.m. at Liberty Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Brent King will officiate the service.

A native of La Place, La., she was a Homemaker and a member of  Liberty Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Virginia was a devout Christian who loved her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Hewitt Angelo Sr.; her parents, Joseph Petrolia and Mary Vitrano Petrolia; her son, Hewitt J. Angelo Jr.; and her daughter, Marion Grounds.

Survivors include: her son, Raymond Angelo; her two daughters, Carol Pertuit, Diane Larpenteur and husband Kenneth; her sister, Bernice Petrolia; her brother, Joseph Petrolia Jr.; her eight grandchildren: Kelly A. Pertuit, Christopher A. Pertuit, Charlene A. Haisch, Barbara Angelo, Warren Angelo, Kristen L. Watkins and husband Curt,  Allison G. Blasciewicz, Doug Grounds; her 12 great-grandchildren: Justin A. Ramirez, Alyssa C. Ramirez, Gage C. Pertuit, Wyatt A. Pertuit, Robert Haisch, Mandy Angelo, Daniel Angelo, Cameron Angelo, Mason Watkins, Mallori Watkins, Chloe Watkins, Chloe Blasciewicz, Jackson Blasciewicz; her great-great grandson, Daniel  Angelo Jr.; her many nieces and nephews; and her church family at Liberty Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
