Tommie William Parker, 77, of Picayune, Miss., passed away March 20, 2014.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Services are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, Miss., he was a Cabinet Maker and a member of the Baptist faith. Tommie enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Rueday Parker and Callie Winningham Parker; his two brothers, R.B. and Steve Parker; and his two nephews, Clayton and Chris Tyler.

Survivors include: his daughter, Kim J. Parker Grubbs and husband Kerry; his two granddaughters, Brooke Raulerson and husband Dale and Ashlee Lehmann and husband Allan; his two great-grandchildren, Kan

sas and Maine Raulerson; his sister, Joan Ayo and husband Nathan; his eight nieces, Wanda Hollis and husband Joe, Terri Jones and husband Paul, Denise, Lisa, Debbie, Lana, Angel, and Melissa; many great nieces, nephews, and cousins; his special friend and neighbor, Maurice Jabbour.

The family would like to thank his special friend, David W. Ryan, who was a faithful friend who was always there when he needed him and sat with him when he passed away until his daughter could arrive and be by her father’s side.
