Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Johnnie Mae Williams, 80, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at her home.
The Rev. Donald Parker will officiate at the service, Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home and Craft Funeral Home.
A native of Picayune, she was a Child Care Provider, and member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
Mrs. Johnnie Mae was a woman that took pride in her Child Care. She was a mother to many young mothers that she provided child care for, she taught them how to care and be a loving mother to their kids.  She taught the kids how to love and share.  The kids, and mothers  will truly miss a wonderful woman.
She is survived by: three daughters, Valerie Davis, Nichole Williams, Cynthia Davis all of Picayune;  three sons, Brady Richardson, Roderick Williams, Terry Williams all of Picayune; one sister, Mrs. Martha Murdock of Picayune;  one niece, Angela Murdock of Slidell, La.; one brother-in-law, Percy Murdock of East St. Louis, Ill.;  20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday,  January 18, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church under the irection of Baylous Funeral Home and Craft Funeral Home.
