Picayune Police Department has reported a three car accident on U.S. Highway 11 bridge that crosses over Hobolochitto Creek.

Magri said there have been three confirmed fatalities and one child has been airlifted to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans, La.

Pearl River County Director of Emergency Management Danny Manley reported 30 accidents have been reported and that most bridges in the county are iced over.
