Graveside Funeral Services for Grady R. Smith, 81, of  Picayune, Miss., who passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014, will be held Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 2 p.m. at New Palestine Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 30, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. at New Palestine Cemetery.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Miss., he was a Manager at Thigpen Furniture and a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist. Grady was also a sewing machine repairman.

He was preceded in death by: his parents,  Myrtle Smith and Nannie Cork Smith; his son, Robert Michael “Mickey” Smith; his brothers, Crayton Smith, and Byron Smith; and his sisters, Wilma Wise and Geraldine Simmons.

Survivors include: his wife of 51 years, Shirley Tullos Smith; and his brother, Oren Smith and his wife Nell.
