Funeral Services for Geneva Ann Frierson, 68, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014, will be held Sunday, January 26, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Mill Creek Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. at Mill Creek Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Turtleskin Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Arthur Lee will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, Miss., she was a Homemaker and a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church and was a devout Christian who loved the Lord and was always ready to tell you about her Jesus. Geneva Ann owned and operated Hank’s Snack Bar for many years. She was a Cosmetologist for seven years before deciding to be a full-time homemaker. She enjoyed the great outdoors, whether she was camping or gardening, she enjoyed being outside. She was a loving wife, mother, mother in law, and grandmother. She loved her family with all of her heart. She enjoyed cooking for her family. All of her family and friends were near and dear to her heart and they will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Richard Sanderson and Edith Davis Sanderson; her two sons, Eric Trae Frierson and Baby Boy Frierson; her daughter, Becky Frierson; and her brother, Raymond Sanderson.

Survivors include: her loving husband of over 50 wonderful years, Houston Frierson Jr.; her devoted daughter, Melissa Ann Frierson Anderson and husband Rusty; her brother, Richard Sanderson; her two grandsons, Jeremy Keith Anderson and Eric Trae Anderson; her great granddaughter, Addison Gwynn Schwab; her loving caretaker, Brenda Willis; and her many precious nieces and nephews.
