Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Outreach Ministries, for Phillip Pittman, 64, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Friday, September 20, 2013 in VAMC-Biloxi Division, Biloxi, Miss., surrounded by his loving family. Pastor Carl Flowers will officiate at the services.

Phillip was born January 9, 1949 in Picayune, and was a lifetime resident. He was the son of the late Earnestine Pittman Williams and Hurley Pittman. In 1968 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, in 1970 he became a disabled veteran, 1972 he attended Midsouth Barber College in Jackson, Miss., where he received his Barber license.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; his brothers: Arthur D. Daniels, Luther Williams Jr., Michael Williams; and step father, Luther Williams Sr.

He leaves to morn his passing and cherish his memories: his brother, Herman Williams; his sister, Lamathelle Williams; and a host of nieces , nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
