Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. in East Jerusalem Baptist Church for Mrs. Earnestine “Mua” Breland, 77, of Picayune, Miss.. who passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at her residence in Picayune. The Rev. Brian Dees will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Hattiesburg, Miss., was a member of East Jerusalem Baptist Church, a member of Mission No 2, an Usher, Sunday School Teacher, and a member of the Nursing Guild.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, W.C. Breland; and a daughter, Linda “Lynn” Massey; and her parents, Felton Lewis and Emma Lean Fairley.

Survivors include: two daughters, Billy Jean Brumfield and Charmaine Ducre, both of Picayune; one son, Clifford Breland of Riverside, Calif.; two brothers, Johnny Lee Moore of Hattiesburg, Miss. and Clemons Lewis of Wiggins, Miss.; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and a special friend, Grover Nelson of Picayune.

Visitation will be held Saturday September 27, 2013 from 10 -11a.m. in East Jerusalem Baptist Church. Baylous Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
